Filet Tray Thin slices of filet mignon cooked to perfection arranged on a tray with roasted peppers, fresh mozzarella salad, horseradish cream sauce & rolls.

Poached Salmon Tray

Poached Salmon Tray Capers, egg whites, egg yolks, onions, olives, cucumbers served with a Tarragon Dijon or Cucumber Dill sauce.

Shrimp Trays

Our shrimp trays are famous for Christmas and New Year celebrations, but are available all year long! These beautiful platters come with cooked, cleaned, and peeled shrimp with cocktail sauce and lemon slices, arranged on a bed of decorative lettuce.

Sandwich Trays

All trays come with your choice of 3 meats or deli salads and 2 cheeses. Our bread selection includes:

Rye Bread or Snack Rye, including Pumpernickel, Marble, Black, Seeded, or Plain.
Challah Rolls or Mini Challah Rolls.
Club Rolls.
Dinner Rolls, including Plain, Seeded, Poppy, Pumpernickel, Rye, or Onion flavored.

Side deli salads include Cole slaw, Macaroni Salad, and Potato Salads, or deli specialty salads such as Broccoli Salad, Pasta Salad, and Mr. Ron's Cole Slaw.
